Please take a few minutes to read and understand the below terms and conditions. It is advisable for you to read and accept all the terms and conditions stipulated herein before placing any orders with us.
1- All items sold on this page are brand new, authentic and 100% original sourced and purchased from outlets and departmental stores overseas. No fake or pre-loved items are sold unless stated otherwise;
2- All sales are final and prices are fixed;
3- All prices stated herein are inclusive of shipping costs unless stated otherwise;
4- We mainly shipped to Malaysia including to Sabah and Sarawak - for other countries please email us at ellezasarahboutique@gmail.com.
5-We require some deposit for any bookings made so as to be fair to other customers. First come, first serve basis with condition a deposit fee has been placed. Booking is allowed only up for 2 weeks and after that your deposit will be forfeited;
6- We do accept installment payments up to 3 months for handbags and up to 2 months for watches and other accessories - all you need is to drop us an email;
7- Items will be mailed only after full payment is effected;
8- Delivery will be done as soon as we receive the full payment amount, usually the next working day and may take up 2- 3 days depending on the delivery location;
9- Once in a while there may be slight delays due to long public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances. As such, we sincerely appreciate your understanding on this matter. Any reason for delays will be duly informed as and when required;
10- Seller shall not be held responsible in case of lost or damage of merchandise during shipment;
11- Sometimes items received are not in pristine and perfect condition due to the shipping and handling process. We do try our best to handle the situation but some things are not within our control i.e. shipping, handling and customs clearance processes;
12- As the value of integrity is important to us, we do appreciate serious buyer only. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. No refund or return will be provided;
13- Please note that we do not tolerate any back out buyers after an order has been confirmed. Cancellation of order after payment has been made will not be entertained. All sales are final;
14- Some items arrive slightly later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we advise you not to order if you can't afford to wait.
